Abstract

This paper sightsees the dynamic retort of a nonlinear structure that shams the originator conduct inside an series electric vehicle. The scheme is unfair by exterior excitation and is scrutinized by means of the Averaging Method. To abridge the demonstrating procedure, a first-order estimate is used. The study mainly aims to inspect how real a Positive Position Feedback (PPF) controller is in lessening vibration stages below subharmonic and 1:1 internal resonance circumstance. The scrutinized archetypal features a single degree of freedom and comprises nonlinear terms up to the fifth order. Stability is inspected through the advance of Frequency Response Equations (FREs) modified to each resonance scenario. Furthermore, the influence of various PPF parameters on the system’s performance is assessed. The fourth-order Runge-Kutta algorithm is used to sham the time-domain responses with and without control. The close correlation between numerical and analytical results validates the robustness of the proposed control method.
